Arcads makes actor-led UGC video ads. For making image and video ads and launching them on Meta, ScaleShot does both in one place. Our full review of Arcads goes through it in more detail. Our roundup of AI UGC video generators lists other tools that make AI UGC video, with their published prices.

1. ScaleShot: best for owners who want ads made and launched in one place

We built ScaleShot to learn your business from a website or Shopify store link, logo, colours, fonts and voice. Its Ads Agent chat then researches the market, writes a 30-day plan, and makes image ads and short video ads (AI UGC creator videos, or animated styles such as claymation and paper cutout). With a connected Meta ad account it launches Facebook and Instagram campaigns, shows results, and asks before it pauses ads or changes budgets.

Pricing

Our 2-week plan is $19.95 for the first 2 weeks, then $42 every 2 weeks, with 500 credits per period. Credits work out to 10 for a Fast image, 20 for an HQ image and 10 per second of video. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel in Settings, then Billing.

Where it falls short

  • It runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) only, and Meta bills ad spend separately.
  • It does not guarantee sales or return on ad spend, and it has no human creators or agency service.
  • Sales campaigns need a pixel with Purchase events, and Leads campaigns need Lead events; Visitors campaigns need no pixel.

2. Creatify: AI video and image ad maker with a free plan

Creatify makes AI video and image ads from a product link. Its pricing page lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, but does not show which plans include it. See our guide to Creatify alternatives for a fuller look.

Pricing

Creatify's pricing page lists Starter at $39 a month for 100 credits and Pro at $99 a month for 300 credits. The free plan gives 10 credits a month, enough for up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads, with watermarks.

Where it falls short

  • Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 834 reviews when we checked, and its summary lists billing and refund complaints as a recurring theme.
  • Which plans include the Meta launcher is not stated on the pricing page.

3. JoggAI: AI avatar video maker with credit plans

JoggAI makes AI avatar videos and has the cheapest paid entry point of the tools here.

Pricing

JoggAI's pricing page lists the free plan at $0 with 200 credits, about 1 minute of video, valid for 31 days. Starter is $24 a month, listed with 144,000 credits a year, about 120 videos of 10 seconds. Creator 1 is $40.66 a month for about 220 such videos.

Where it falls short

  • Its pricing page does not mention launching ads to Meta, so check before paying whether you would upload videos to Ads Manager yourself.
  • Credits are listed as annual totals, so confirm whether the monthly price assumes annual billing.

4. Zeely: Meta ad app with credit plans

Zeely's plans include video ads, static ads and paid campaigns. See our zeely alternative page for more.

Pricing

Starter is $29.95 a month for 2,500 credits, marked down from $49.95. Plus is $49.95 for 5,000 credits and Growth is $79.95 for 10,000. Zeely says running ads on Facebook and Instagram involves extra charges, potentially up to 12%.

Where it falls short

  • The fee on ad spend is on top of Meta's own charge and grows as your budget does.
  • The page shows no free plan.

5. Madgicx: analytics and management for Meta ads

Madgicx is a Meta ad management tool, not a video maker. Its pricing page lists automation, targeting, analytics and ad management, and server-to-server tracking for Facebook ads. See our guide to Madgicx alternatives for more.

Pricing

Price is shown in the app and varies by monthly ad spend, from under $1K to $30K and above. There is a 7-day free trial, and the Tracking Pro add-on is $49 a month.

Where it falls short

  • The price is not published, so you cannot compare it before signing up.
  • Its pricing page does not list video or image ad creation.

How do you choose between them?

Start with the job you actually need done.

  1. Need AI UGC or actor-style video ads: ScaleShot makes them and launches them on Meta. Creatify and JoggAI list free plans.
  2. Need creative and a launched Meta campaign without Ads Manager: ScaleShot. Zeely lists a fee on ad spend.
  3. Already spending and want to manage campaigns: ScaleShot shows results and pauses ads or changes budgets, asking first. Madgicx lists a 7-day trial.
  4. Want static ad images: ScaleShot makes image ads. AdCreative.ai lists Starter at $39 a month for 10 credits and a 7-day trial with 10 credits. See our guide to AdCreative.ai alternatives.
