Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Credit top-ups never expire.
Is ad spend included in my subscription?
No. Your subscription and credits cover generating ads. Meta bills ad spend directly to the card on your Meta ad account. See How Meta bills you for ad spend.
Can I use Scaleshot outputs commercially?
Yes — outputs you generate are yours to use in paid ads and marketing. Double-check any platform-specific policies for AI disclosure.
Can I upload reference images?
Yes. The Ads Agent and Image Ads both accept reference uploads to match style, layout, or product.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
